A kimono is a traditional Japanese garment that is characterised by its understated elegance and has a casually fitting, open cut with wide, long sleeves. The kimono is typically tied around the waist with a wide belt, the so-called obi. Inspired by the playfully light room installations by Swiss artists Steiner/Lenzlinger, the cheerful floral arrangements make us long for summer. The extra-long staple cotton forms the basis for the photographed and hand painted flowers and tendrils. Thanks to their floating cut, kimonos are suitable for different body shapes and sizes, making them a comfortable and fashionable garment for any wardrobe.
