Shipping + Returns
All online orders ship Monday-Friday via UPS Ground. Online orders may require up to 48 hours or two business days from the time they are placed for processing, pending stock availability. Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on item/ package weight and size.
Orders over $250 qualify for free UPS Ground shipping. 2 Day Shipping will incur extra charges.
Orders under $250 will ship via UPS Ground at a rate calculated at checkout based on item(s) dimensions and weight.
2 Day Air** will incur a $30 flat rate for all orders.
**Orders must be placed before 12:00pm to be shipped out the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm will be shipped the following day. 2 day delivery should be expected from the date of shipment, not the date of order.

- International Shipping
- Saturday/Sunday delivery
- Holiday delivery
- Delivery to a PO Box, Military Post Office or Freight Forwarding Company
- Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico
REFUSAL OF DELIVERY
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on indulgedecorandfashion.com, the package will be returned to our storefront. Upon receipt of the item(s) in original condition and original packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and sales tax paid (if applicable), less the initial shipping cost.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return process.
Full priced items over $100 qualify for a free, pre-paid shipping label. Discounted items or full priced items under $100 will incur the return shipping label cost deducted from the refund.
Please return or exchange the purchased item(s) within 14 days of receiving goods for a full refund, less the initial shipping charge. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, used or altered in any way.
Please email email@example.com to obtain your return shipping label within 5 days of receiving your order, free of cost. Requests submitted after this window will incur a $10 restocking fee deducted from your refund. Returns will only be processed M-F.
All tags must still be attached and the product must be in its original packaging.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All custom orders, as well as anything listed on our website as “special order item” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We sincerely apologize if any part of your order arrives damaged. In the case that item(s) are damaged, it is the purchaser's responsibility to send proper documentation of the damage to receive a full refund/ replacement item. Proper documentation MUST include: A photo of the damaged item(s) clearly showing the damage AND a photo of the shipping box, regardless of its condition. Photos should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line DAMAGED ITEM (YOUR ORDER #). Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
