Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request to shopgirl@indulgedecorandfashion.com to initiate the return process. Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your item(s) to qualify for a return shipping label. Requests submitted after the 5 day window will be subject to an $10 restocking fee deducted from the refund.  Refund requests are processed Monday thru Friday.  Any return requests received over the weekend will be process the following Monday.

Please return or exchange the purchased item(s) within 30 days of receiving goods for a full refund, less the initial shipping charge and return shipping charge.  Any returns postmarked after 30 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, used or altered in any way.                     

All tags must still be attached and the product must be in its original, undamaged packaging.

All 60% Off sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All custom orders, as well as anything listed on our website as “special order item” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
