Please remember, Indulge Décor + Fashion is a lovely neighborhood store not an internet warehouse. We will always make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible and keep you up to date about the progress of your order as much as we are able.  We appreciate your understanding and your patronage.                                                                                                                 


Indulge Décor + Fashion will communicate any information pertaining to your online order by email. All correspondence emails will come from Please save our email as a contact in your email account to ensure that any messages do not get flagged as spam.  You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped that will include the UPS tracking number(s) for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after your package has been shipped for tracking information to be available in the UPS system.  We will contact you promptly if an item included in your order is unavailable. You may cancel any backordered items on your order that have not yet shipped.

PAYMENT METHODS accepts the following credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Credit cards must have a U.S. billing address. does not accept personal checks, cash or money orders. All credit card transactions are secure, and does not keep any credit card information.                                                                                              


Please note that sales tax calculations are based on the state of the shipping address in your order. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to any orders shipped within the state of Texas. Orders shipped to any other state will not include sales tax.                                                                                                                                     

SHIPPING currently ships all internet orders Monday thru Friday via UPS Ground from our storefront.  All internet orders may require up to 48 hours or two business days from the time they are placed for processing, pending stock availability and credit card payment verification. Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process. Our shipping and processing charges cover the expenses we incur in processing your order, packaging the purchased item(s), transportation and related overhead.

If you refuse delivery of any order placed on, the package will be returned to our storefront.  Upon receipt of the item(s) in original condition and original packaging, you will receive a refund for the merchandise and sales tax paid (if applicable), but shipping charges are non-refundable.                                           


We understand that the internet will never be able to take the place of a customer’s experience shopping at Indulge. That said, we have worked tirelessly to make your shopping experience as joyful as possible.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the within 14 days of receiving goods for a full refund, less the initial shipping charge. Any returns postmarked after 14 days of receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. We will only accept returns for items that have not been worn, used or altered in any way.                                                           

All tags must still be attached and the product must be in its original packaging.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

All seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All custom orders, as well as anything listed on our website as “special order item” are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
