Should you want to polish your pewter, almost any metal polish will do. Flatware is dishwasher safe. Match recommends a low heat setting with a liquid dishwasher soap. Please do not wash any pewter in the extreme temperatures of a commercial dishwasher. If you have hard water we do not recommend using a dishwasher. Do not pre-soak items in hot water as part of the washing process.
